Free parking is available inside the University.

Race sponsors will be giving away information about their services and promo items.
For the safety of all participants, pets are not allowed on the event course. Exceptions for service animals will be made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Race Director if you will be participating with a certified service animal.
5K Course:
The course will be explained on Race Day and cones set up along course. There will be volunteers along the routes guiding runners. Participation medals for the first 120 participants who pre-register.

(12 to 14),(15 to 20) (21 to 30), (31 to 40), (41 to 50), (51 to 60), (61 and over)
Age group Awards are based on Chip Time, you do not have to seed yourself at the front!
Fees: -
5K Runner - $25.00
2.5 K Walker - $10.00
Late Fees (Day of race) November 18: $35 for runners / $20 for 5K Walkers
Shirts:
Shirts will be distributed at packet pickup to the first 120 participants. Shirt sizes are not guaranteed and may not be exact, but we will do our very best to accommodate your requested size.
Packet Pickup:
Friday before race day, November 17th, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
TAMIU inside the Killam Building 1st floor in front of Starbucks
Race Day Registration:
There will be onsite registration available at the race site.
Timing:
Swift Timing will provide timing for the 5K Run. Swift Timing uses only state-of-the-art equipment. You will be issued a race bib with a disposable timing chip attached during Packet Pickup. You will not be asked to stand in a long line at the event waiting for someone to give you a shoe chip. You will also not be chased down by someone trying to cut-off your chip after the event.
